PVC
PVC covers are made of easy-to-clean, washable, non-rip polyester fabric. They are highly breathable and hygienic, a perfect aid for your food preparation area. This material is commonly used on pan rack covers.
They are an excellent aid to bakers, allowing breads and pastries to be prepared the night before and kept refrigerated for tomorrow’s bake.

Reinforced PVC
Reinforced PVC material is a PVC laminate glued to both sides of a polyester scrim. The anti-bacterial formula is in the adhesive and migrates to the surface of the material. The PVC laminate is used as a more durable cover, exhibiting excellent healthcare environmental properties. The laminated cover can also be used in certain freezer applications and can be produced with four laminated sides. This material is commonly used for pan rack covers where higher durability is paramount. We typically use 9 Oz, 14 Oz, & 18 Oz materials.
Mesh
Mesh is used to allow the rack to breathe while keeping out foreign objects. Most common is a vinyl coated 9×9 or an 18×18 material.
